We provide services to our clients that require partial or complete turnkey software manufacturing. Software manufacturing is the process of creating copies of computer software, packaging it, and in some cases distributing it for customers.
Media Reproduction
We can reproduce your master on a variety of mediums. Typically software manufacturing includes one (or more) of the following types of media; Standard Optical Discs (Replicated CD's/DVD's), Standard Optical Duplication (Recorded CD/R's and DVD/R's), Diskette Duplication ( 3.5” and 5.25”), and Tape Duplication (including 4mm, 8mm, QIC's {Quarter Inch Cartridge}, and DLT).
Printing, Packaging & Literature
The type of packaging can range from a simple jewelcase or generic mailer to an elaborate 4-color process printed mailer or box. A typical package will include: Labels, Manuals, Packaging, Jewel Cases, Other Printed Materials (Mailers, Sleeves, Inserts, Tray Cards, Registration Cards, Posters, Postcards etc.)
Shipping / Fulfillment
We can take care of complete shipping and fulfillment. The entire lot of a manufactured product can be shipped directly to the customer. It can also be split-shipped to several locations. Or it can be individually shipped to the end user, even if there are thousands of them!

Computer Tape Duplication (4mm, 8mm, QIC, and DLT)
CD's and DVD's can be reproduced as replicated discs (CD-ROM) or recorded (CD/R) discs. Lower volumes (under 1000 units) are generally done as CD/R's, while larger runs (more than 2000 units) are typically done as CD-ROM. The method used to produce 1000 to 2000 units is largely driven by the turn time. Faster turns are generally done as CD/R while longer (slower) turns are CD-ROM.
